Physician-led longevity medicine

Evolve Longevity

Physician-led longevity medicine for a longer, healthier life. We build a digital twin of your biology from deep diagnostics, then turn the full picture—disease risk, physical capacity, cognition, recovery, and prevention—into a precise plan, with brainspan as the signature.

Led by Leon Barkodar, MD — double board-certified in Neurology and Brain Injury Medicine.

How it works

A model that moves with you

Your assessment is the starting line. The clinical value comes from acting on the findings, tracking the right signals, and re-measuring every year.

01

Measure

Deep diagnostics across cardiovascular, metabolic, oncologic, physical, and cognitive health.

02

Model

A physician integrates the findings into one coherent picture of risk, capacity, and priorities.

03

Optimize

A precise plan for exercise, nutrition, recovery, supplements, and medical risk reduction.

04

Re-measure

Annual reassessment shows the trajectory—what changed, what did not, and what comes next.

A comprehensive, whole-person strategy for the systems that shape long-term health:

Cardiovascular healthCancer riskBrain & cognitionMetabolic healthStrength & mobilityBone healthHearing & sensory healthPreventive care

Advanced diagnostics

Measure what routine care can miss

A rigorous longevity assessment brings clinical-grade testing into one coordinated experience—from cardiorespiratory fitness and body composition to advanced imaging when appropriate.

A patient completing a VO2 max assessment with a metabolic testing mask

VO2max testing

Direct measurement of cardiorespiratory fitness—the foundation for a specific, measurable exercise prescription.

A clinician operating a DEXA body composition scanner

DEXA body composition

Objective insight into bone density, lean mass, and fat distribution.

A modern MRI scanner in a clinical imaging suite

Advanced imaging

Full-body MRI is included in Advanced and Premier assessments, with physician-guided interpretation and follow-through.

Representative imagery. Specific testing locations and equipment may vary; advanced imaging may be coordinated with partner facilities.

Our philosophy

Longevity is everywhere. Clinical judgment is not.

We do the fundamentals a careful physician should do—and add advanced diagnostics when the result can change a real decision.

The category is crowded with trends, supplements, and social-media certainty. Evolve starts somewhere different: with a physician, an evidence review, and a complete view of the patient—not a menu of fashionable tests.

01 · Start with the standard

Proven prevention comes first.

We begin with the work a thorough doctor should already be doing: history, examination, comprehensive labs, guideline-based screening, vaccination review, and control of established risks.

02 · Look further

Advanced tools add another lens.

VO2max testing, full-body MRI, and Galleri multi-cancer early detection testing can reveal signals a routine visit may not. They add to—not replace—standard medical care.

03 · Stay with the finding

A test is only as useful as its follow-through.

More testing can mean incidental findings, indeterminate results, and difficult choices. A physician explains those tradeoffs before testing and guides the evaluation, referral, or monitoring that may follow.

Our clients are not looking for social-media reassurance. They want a rigorous way to learn whether they may be among the one or two percent with something important already underway—and a physician beside them if the answer is yes. We believe this is where preventive care is headed.

One-time assessments

Choose your depth

Every tier ends with a physician-built plan. The tiers differ in diagnostic breadth and time—not in the standard of clinical judgment.

  • Cognitive baseline and hearing screen
  • Coronary calcium score
  • Guideline screening and vaccination review
  • Physician-built plan

The evidence standard

Clear about what we know

We separate established clinical practice from emerging tools and promising signals. New does not always mean useful—and useful does not always mean proven to extend life.

Included, with context

Some tools can add value when their limits are discussed upfront.

Sauna

Promising observational data—not proven lifespan extension. It belongs inside a broader risk-reduction plan, not above it.

Full-body MRI

Powerful imaging with an eyes-open discussion about incidental findings, downstream testing, and what the scan can and cannot establish.

Galleri

Additive to guideline-based cancer screening, never a replacement for it. Results require careful interpretation and follow-up.

Deliberately left out

We do not add a measurement or modality simply because it is popular.

Cold plunge

Not part of the core program. Current evidence does not justify making it a clinical longevity priority.

Epigenetic clocks as outcome measures

Interesting research tools, but not yet reliable enough to serve as the scorecard for an individual treatment plan.

Unqualified “anti-aging” claims

No miracle language, no unsupported promises, and no confusing a biomarker shift with a proven extension of life.

About Leon

The brain belongs at the center of longevity medicine.

Leon Barkodar, MD

Dr. Barkodar is double board-certified in Neurology and Brain Injury Medicine. He brings neurological rigor to a field that too often treats cognition as one line item among many.

Here, brainspan is measured alongside cardiovascular fitness, body composition, metabolic health, and cancer risk—then integrated into one physician-led plan.
